Description: A bayanus wine yeast strain suitable for fermentation of all styles of wine. This strain produces wines that are exceptionally clean and fresh without altering the natural character of the grape. This yeast cannot be used when fruit content is low. Fruit content must be high.

High alcohol tolerance, up to 16%.
Low production of foam.
Low production of fusel oils.
Viability: >1.0x 1010/g.
Wild yeast: <1 per million.
Total bacteria: <5 per million.

Appearance: Light tan granular powder.

Relative Density: 0.6g/ml

Application: For the fermentation of all styles of wine where the fruit content of the must is high.

Instruction For Use: Sprinkle onto surface of must and let stand for 15 minutes before stirring.

Ingredient Declaration: Yeast.

Suggested dosage: 100 g per 1000 liters of must when our General Wine nutrients are used, otherwise 200 g.

General Wine nutrients. To ensure 100% proper function, do not use nutrients from other suppliers.

Safety data: Non-hazardous. Do not breathe dust.

Packaging: 10 kg in polyethylene aluminium bags.

Shelf Life / Storage: Store in its original packaging below 25C.
