Appearance: Light tan granular powder.

Relative Density: 0.5 g/ml

Description: High temperature tolerant yeast strain.

Characteristics:
Very clean wash quality.
Rapid fermentation rate.
High alcohol yield / low volatile production.
Ferments between 20ºC and 40ºC air temperature.
Guaranteed production of up to 16% alcohol (although commonly used to 17% and some customers have reported up to 18%).
Total bacteria <1x 104 cfu/g.

Application: For bulk production of alcohol from fermentable mash.

Suggested Dosage: 1 gram per liter mash.

Ingredient Declaration: Dry Yeast.

Instructions for use: Add yeast directly to mash at between 20-35ºC and mix well.

Safety Data: Non-hazardous (safety data sheet available upon request).

Shelf Life / Storage: 2 years stored in original packaging below 25ºC.
