Description: Charged modified colloidal silica suspension - food grade.
Rapid interaction with yeast and other debris.
Application: Normally used in conjunction with chitosan for the clarification of fermented beverages.
Instruction for use: Add to wine after the addition of stabilizer, once the wine has been degassed, and stir well. Chitosan should be added 2 hours after the addition of Kieselsol.
Ingredient Declaration: Modified Silica sol.
Suggested dosage: 600 g per 1000 liters of must.
Safety Data: Avoid contact with eyes - if eye contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water and if necessary consult an eye specialist. Avoid contact with skin - if skin contact occurs, wash immediately with plenty of water.
Packaging: 25-liter container or 1000 liters one-way container.
Shelf Life / Storage: 12 months. Do not freeze. Maintain above 5ºC.
