Description: A Saccaromyces Cerevisiae wine yeast strain suitable for fermentation of very high alcohol wine. The first and best choice above 18% alcohol, otherwise the general wine yeast is recommended.
High alcohol tolerance (up to 20%).
Low production of foam and volatile acids.
High SO2 tolerance.
Adapts to difficult fermentation conditions.
Application: For fermentation of very high alcohol wines, above 18%. Can also be used for re-starting stuck fermentations.
Instruction for use: Add yeast to 10 times its weight of warm water (40°C) and leave standing without stirring for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir well and let stand for a further 5 minutes before stirring again and adding to must.

Suggested dosage: 200 g per 1000 liters of must if our General Wine Nutrients are used, else 300 g.
Nutrients needed: General Wine nutrients. To ensure 100% proper function, do not use nutrients from other suppliers.
